Prior to forming Spilman & Associates, Mary was a partner in a local firm and a Vice President with a large, national firm. Mary is admired for the high level of energy she brings to each assignment, and the passion she exhibits as she drives the search process to a successful conclusion.

Before joining the executive search profession, she was on the corporate staff at The Williams Companies in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She also served as Fashion Coordinator for a large Midwestern department store. She also managed a successful campaign for a United States Congressman and a State Treasurer who became a United States Senator.

Mary is a former officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Retail Executives Association – Dallas Chapter and is active in numerous civic and business organizations, including CEONetweavers. She has been recognized for her performance record by professional organizations. She has also served on the Board of Directors of several civic groups.
