Susan joins Spilman and Associates from Performance Connections. Susan is effective at offering solutions and services in training and development, organizational effectiveness, team development Change Management, Career Management & transition and Coaching. Susan has a rich background of working with individuals and teams and organizations to create the learning and performance that improve organizational capability, meet the needs of the business and create positive results.

Her background includes Meyers-Briggs (MBTI), DDI, Achieve Global, ODI Quality Action Teams, PDI’s profiler 360 instrument, and Baldridge Assessment.

Susan holds MA in Human Relations and Business from Amber and a BA in Education/Psychology from Queens College. She is a member of several professional organizations and has been a Director the Dallas Chapter of American Society for Training and Development (ATSD).

Susan has been in leadership functions with Lee Hecht Harrison, JP Morgan Chase, Ericsson, TRW, Inc, Avaya, Superconducting Super Collider, Blockbuster Video and Zale Corporation.



Paula AsinofPaula Asinof

Paula Asinof is a broadly experienced career management executive. She is passionate about helping people succeed and companies succeed through their people.

Paula has authored articles in the business and local press on interviewing women and on ever evolving job markets. She is a Certified NLP Practitioner and Certified NLP Coach. She holds a BA from Washington University, an MA from Columbia University, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Paula is useful with the senior level assignments where her experience with some of the top Executive Search Firms is particularly useful.
