Name Generation: If cost is a factor, and you prefer to develop your own candidates, we can provide a list of validated names. Candidate Development: We can qualify targeted candidates by gathering extensive information critical to your decision-making process. These candidates can be selected from Spilman & Associates names or from lists you provide. We can also develop your in-house candidates. On-boarding Support: Once a candidate has been hired, Spilman & Associates can assist in guiding him/her through the first 60–90 days. Research shows that the effective integration of a new employee during this time period is critical to success. On-boarding support can help maximize your return on the hiring investment. Executive Coaching: Coaches and coaching programs are available for current employees as needed. Career Transition Services: Spilman & Associates can design individual separation support programs for departing employees. Typically suited for middle or upper management, or professionals whose contributions warrant special attention, these services can increase success in a departing employee’s new job search.
