Through an alliance
with Yellow Brick Path, www.yellowbrickpath.com,
Spilman & Associates is able to offer a full range of career
services.
We help clients reach their goals by unbundling services or providing
ancillary services when appropriate. These services include:
Name Generation: For clients that
prefer to develop their own candidates, usually when cost is a major
factor, Spilman & Associates can provide list of validated names.
Candidate Development: Following the name generation step,
Spilman & Associates can qualify candidates by gathering extensive
information about specific targeted candidates. The targeted candidates
can be selected from Spilman & Associates name generation or
from lists provided by the client. Candidate development can include
in-house candidates when appropriate.
On-boarding Support: Once a candidate has been
hired for a new position, Spilman & Associates can assist in
guiding him/her through the first 60 – 90 days. Research has
shown that the effective integration of a new employee during this
time period is a critical success factor. On-boarding support can
help to maximize the return on the hiring investment.
Executive Coaching: Coaches and
coaching programs are available for current employees where a need
has been identified by the client.
Career Transition Services: Programs
are individually designed to provide a supportive separation buffer
for a departing employee. Our clients choose us for specific middle
and upper management and professionals, usually those whose prior
contributions to the company and/or current situation warrant special
attention to increase the success in their job searches.
