A position description or performance description is developed
for the client, identifying:
- The responsibilities and the functions of the position
- The qualifications the candidate will need to be successful
- Characteristics pertinent to the company, its culture, and
its operating philosophy
A creative strategy is developed for the assignment, one that will
quickly identify candidates, usually one to two weeks. Using our
expertise in research tools that enable us to effectively conduct
comprehensive yet targeted research, we are able to understand our
client’s industry and locate candidates that fulfill the specific
search requirement. Finally, we develop an evaluation format based
on the requirements of each assignment that provides effective comparison
among candidates.
All candidates are thoroughly assessed throughout the search process,
in person or via video conferencing. References are checked and
several candidates are presented for each position. A fallback strategy
is always in place. A weekly progress report is provided throughout
the assignment.
We stay engaged with the client and the candidate after the hire
for 120 days to ensure a successful transition. We can provide additional
assistance during the on-boarding and assimilation process.
